Retro Reborn Circuit 2026 – Stop #2 (Day 2: GOAT)

Event Overview
This event is part of the Retro Reborn Circuit 2026 Competitive Season.
Day 2 features an in-person GOAT format main event in collaboration with Goat Grand Prix (GGP).
There is no player cap for this event.

GGP Worlds Invites
For every 32 registered players, one Goat Grand Prix Worlds Invite will be added.

Registration
Entry Fee – $35 - Token Will be granted on entry

Payment is required to complete registration. This event is non-refundable.

Side Events
$15 per entry
Side events begin during Round 3 on Saturday and continue through Day 2.
Formats include GOAT, Fire & Water, Tengu, and REDU based on demand.
All side events are 8-player pods.

Vendors
Vendors will be on site selling cards, supplies, and accessories.
Player-to-player card sales are not permitted on site.

All prizing cards are Lightly Played or better.

Main table streaming and production will be provided.

Check-in opens at 8:00 AM PT
Decklists due by 8:45 AM PT
Round 1 begins at 9:00 AM PT

Decklists & Judging
Decklists will be submitted online through TopDeck.gg
Judges will conduct deck checks throughout the event.

Card Legality & Equipment

Hobby League cards are not permitted.
OCG cards are allowed.
Sleeves must be solid-back and opaque (non-translucent).
Proper translations are required for all non-English cards.

Additional Rules
Note-taking is permitted for this format to remain era-accurate.

Time Rules
Matches are 45 minutes followed by turn 0–3 procedures.

Final Notes
Registration is not valid until payment is received.
